A few details about me...

I started flower arranging back in 1980, when I joined Stock Flower Club - and got hooked.

After six or seven years, I took City & Guilds Part I. A few years later, I completed Part II.

Then, by the early 1990s, I started teaching evening and day classes for Essex County Council.

Eventually, after many years exhibiting locally, I decided to go freelance and began giving private flower arranging classes, both in Stock and other parts of mid-Essex.

I currently offer a range of courses and workshops, usually two-hour sessions over five consecutive weeks, usually at Stock Village Hall.

At Hylands House in Chelmsford, I teach specific themes.  For 2010 these will be 'Summer Sizzlers' in June/July, 'Autumn Classics' in September/October and 'Festive Flowers' through November.  I am also hoping to teach a 'Spring Flower Basket' Dayschool in early May.
